Bid Increments are determined automatically. They can be either Tiered or Fixed amount.

Tiered:

• $0.01- $0.99: $0.05
• $1.00- $4.99: $0.25
• $5.00- $24.99: $0.50
• $25.00- $99.99: $1.00
• $100.00- $249.99: $2.50
• $250.00- $499.99: $5.00
• $500.00- $999.99: $10.00
• $1,000.00-$2,499.99: $25.00
• $2,500.00- $4,999.99: $50.00
• $5,000.00 and up: $100.00

Fixed Amount:- A constant dollar amount is set for all bid increments, regardless of the current bid. For example, every new bid always increases by exactly $5.00.

By placing a bid, you agree to the following terms. Please read them in full before bidding.

1. Auction items and condition
All items are liquidation merchandise sold individually as described in each lot listing. Condition varies by lot and is stated in the listing as one of: New, Open Box, or Used. "Open Box" means the original packaging has been opened and the item may show minor handling; "Used" means the item has been previously owned or used and may show wear. The condition notes, photos, and any manifest in each listing are the official description of that lot. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all listing details before bidding.

2. Sold as-is
All items are sold "as-is, where-is," with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Quantities, components, and condition may differ from manufacturer retail. Retail or MSRP figures shown are for reference only and are not a guarantee of value or condition.

3. Bidding
Bids are binding offers and cannot be retracted once placed. The highest bid at auction close wins, subject to any reserve price. We reserve the right to cancel bids, remove bidders, or end, extend, or relist an auction at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent or erroneous bidding.

4. Payment
The winning bidder must complete payment within 48 hours of auction close. Orders not paid within this window may be cancelled and the item relisted or offered to the next-highest bidder. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

5. Fulfillment — shipping and pickup
Each lot is marked as Shipping Available or Pickup Only. For shippable lots, shipping is calculated at checkout and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges. For pickup lots, the buyer must collect the item at our location within 7 days of payment and present a valid photo ID and order confirmation at check-in. Items not claimed within this time frame will be forfeited with no refunds, and we won't hold anything beyond 7 days. You are responsible for the removal of the items. When requesting assistance with loading, you acknowledge that Global Path Liquidators is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from loading, securing or transportation of purchased items during or after pickup process.

6. Returns
Because items are liquidation merchandise sold as-is, all sales are final and no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered, except as required by applicable law. If you receive an item that materially does not match its listed condition or description, contact us at within 7 days of receipt or pickup and we will review the issue.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an item is limited to the amount paid for that item. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

8. Acceptance
