Parcel Shipping
Best for individual cases and smaller overstock items. Fast, convenient shipping via major carriers like FedEx and UPS for single-item purchases.
LTL Shipments (Less-Than-Load)
For shipments of 1 to 6 pallets. Orders over 6 pallets may need to be consolidated into 6 pallets, shipped with 2 LTL Shipments or shipped as a Full Load.
Full Truckload (FTL)
For large orders that fill an entire truck. Most cost-effective option for high-volume buyers shipping 12+ pallets.
Local Pickup
Save on freight costs by picking up your merchandise directly from our distribution center. Local pickup is a great option for buyers with their own box trucks, cargo vans, or heavy-duty pickup trucks. Once your order is processed and staged, our team will notify you that your inventory is ready for collection.
Important guidelines for Local Pickup:
- Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at check-in
- Our warehouse team will assist with forklift loading for palletized orders
- Vehicles must be large enough to safely transport your purchased volume
- All pickups must be scheduled in advance to ensure minimal wait times
- Please bring adequate straps, bungee cords, or tie-downs to secure your load
- Pickup hours: Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM, Saturday 10AM–2PM
Parcel Shipping
Parcel shipping is the ideal choice for smaller orders, individual cases, or lightweight overstock items that do not require a full pallet. We partner with major national carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery directly to your residential or commercial doorstep.
Key details for Parcel shipments:
- Perfect for single cases, small lots, and testing new product categories
- Delivered directly to both residential and commercial addresses
- Fastest transit times with comprehensive door-to-door tracking
- Costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zone
- No loading dock, lift-gate, or forklift required for delivery
- Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once the label is generated
LTL Shipments
LTL stands for 'Less-Than-Load' or a shipment of several pallets. LTLs can vary from 1 to 6 pallets. Orders over 6 pallets may need to be consolidated into 6 pallets, shipped with 2 LTL Shipments or shipped as a Full Load. We always provide you with the best shipping option for your review prior to finalizing your order.
Shipping costs are determined by:
- Weight of the goods being shipped
- Number of pallets being shipped
- Type of goods being shipped
- Destination address (distance from shipping location)
- If you will need a lift-gate or not
- If being delivered to a residential or commercial address
Full Truckload (FTL)
Full Truckload shipping is the most cost-effective solution for high-volume buyers and large-scale retailers. By reserving an entire 53' semi-trailer for your inventory, you eliminate the risks of mid-transit handling and significantly reduce the freight cost per pallet. This is the preferred method for shipping 12 to 26+ pallets at once.
Advantages of FTL Shipping:
- Lowest possible shipping cost per individual pallet or unit
- Maximum security with a dedicated trailer and a single seal from origin to destination
- Faster transit times as the truck goes directly from our dock to yours
- Ideal for bulk inventory replenishment and high-margin scaling
- Reduced risk of damage since the cargo is not moved during transit
- Capable of moving up to 26 standard pallets or 52 double-stacked pallets (depending on height)
